Custom SEO Packages —
No Fixed-Tier Menus

Every business is different. Every engagement is custom-scoped. No "Silver / Gold / Platinum" packages with the same generic deliverables for everyone.

Most SEO agencies sell tiered packages — Silver, Gold, Platinum — with the same generic deliverables across every client. "10 keywords, 8 blog posts, 30 backlinks per month." It's neat for sales decks but rarely reflects what your specific business actually needs.

A D2C ecommerce brand needs different work than a B2B SaaS company. A local school needs different work than a global B2B exporter. A site recovering from an algorithm hit needs different work than one launching fresh. Templated packages waste money on irrelevant deliverables and underinvest where it matters.

Every engagement here is custom-quoted based on your business stage, market, competitive set, and goals. The structures below explain how engagements typically work — but the specific scope and pricing are decided after a 15-minute discovery call where we understand what you actually need.

Three SEO engagement models

Model 1

Project-based

Fixed-scope, fixed-price engagement. You know exactly what you'll receive and what you'll pay before signing.

Common projects:
  • Comprehensive SEO audit
  • Site migration support
  • AI search visibility setup
  • Algorithm recovery work
  • Content strategy build-out
Best for: One-off needs, testing the relationship before committing, or businesses with strong in-house teams.
Model 2 · Most Common

Monthly retainer

Ongoing strategic partnership. Senior leadership plus specialist execution working continuously on your SEO.

Includes:
  • Strategic ownership & direction
  • Monthly content production
  • Technical SEO work
  • GEO + AEO included
  • Authority & link development
  • Quarterly business reviews
Best for: Brands serious about compounding organic growth over 12+ months. Most clients settle into this model after initial project work.
Model 3

Hourly advisory

Senior advisory time billed hourly. Strategic input without a full retainer commitment.

Common uses:
  • Strategy review & sanity check
  • Hiring & team structure advice
  • Specific problem deep-dives
  • Quarterly direction reviews
  • Audit walkthrough & planning
Best for: In-house teams with execution capacity that need senior strategic input on specific decisions or quarterly direction.

What influences SEO package pricing

Quality SEO investments in India typically range from monthly retainers in the modest five-figure range up to enterprise engagements in the six-figure range — depending on these factors:

  • Business stage and revenue — early-stage startups have different needs (and budgets) than established brands scaling organic revenue past ₹5Cr/year
  • Competitive density — competing in saturated markets (insurance, finance, healthcare) requires more sustained investment than niche markets
  • Scope of services — strategy-only work costs less than strategy plus content production plus technical implementation plus link development
  • Volume of content produced — 4 pieces/month vs 12 pieces/month significantly impacts retainer cost
  • In-house team availability — clients with strong in-house dev teams need less execution support; clients without one need full-stack delivery
  • Geographic and language scope — single-market English SEO costs less than multi-region, multi-language SEO across India, US, UK, UAE
  • Specialist work depth — basic ecommerce SEO costs less than enterprise Shopify Plus migrations or large-scale international SEO with hreflang complexity

Why I don't list fixed package prices

Fixed prices mean fixed deliverables

Agencies that publish ₹50K/Gold and ₹2L/Platinum packages have to define those packages identically for every client. That means most clients overpay for irrelevant deliverables or underinvest where it would actually matter for them.

No two businesses are the same

A 15-minute call reveals more about the right scope than any fixed package can offer. A D2C ecommerce brand needs different work than a B2B SaaS company. The right package is the one designed for your specific situation.

Pricing transparency happens in the call

During the discovery call, I share specific pricing for the specific scope we discuss — not vague ranges or padded numbers. You know exactly what you're paying for and why. No surprises later.

Avoids the wrong-fit clients

Listed prices attract people focused on cost rather than fit. A 15-minute call filters for clients who care about whether the work will actually drive their business outcomes — which is the only thing that matters long-term.

SEO Packages & Pricing FAQs

Why don't you publish your SEO package prices? +
Three reasons. First, fixed prices force fixed deliverables — which means most clients either overpay for things they don't need or underinvest where it would actually matter. Second, every business genuinely is different — a 15-minute call reveals more about the right scope than any pricing menu can capture. Third, pricing transparency happens in that call — I share specific numbers for the specific scope we discuss, with no padded margins or vague ranges.
What's the typical investment range? +
Quality SEO retainers in India typically span from the low five figures monthly for small business engagements up to mid-six figures monthly for large enterprise work. One-off projects (audits, migrations) range similarly based on site size and complexity. The specific number for your situation depends on scope, competition, and the volume of work needed.
Do you offer SEO packages for small businesses? +
Yes — but with a realistic threshold. SEO is a compounding investment that needs at least 6–12 months of consistent work to deliver meaningful results. Below that threshold, the work doesn't have time to pay back. For very small businesses with limited budgets, hourly advisory may be a better fit than full retainers.
Are there any hidden costs or upsells? +
No. The scope and price are agreed upfront. If we identify scope expansions later (e.g., "we should add international SEO for the US market"), they're discussed and quoted separately — never hidden into existing invoices. Some hard costs (premium tools, third-party services like outreach platforms) are sometimes passed through transparently — never marked up.
Do you require long-term contracts? +
Most retainer clients sign month-to-month after a 3-month minimum commitment. Project work is fixed-scope, fixed-price. I don't lock anyone into 12-month contracts — if the work is good, you stay; if it's not, you walk. Most clients stay 12+ months because results compound.
What's included vs not included in retainers? +
Standard inclusions: strategic ownership, content production, technical SEO work, AEO/GEO, authority building, monthly reporting, and quarterly business reviews. Common exclusions: paid media management, social media management, design work beyond SEO needs, and third-party tool costs (Ahrefs, premium plugins, etc., when needed). Specifics are agreed in the scoping call.
Do you offer pure performance-based pricing? +
No — and this is intentional. Performance-based pricing creates conflicts of interest where the consultant is incentivized to chase metrics rather than business outcomes (cheap traffic, vanity rankings, short-term tactics). Hybrid arrangements (base retainer + performance bonus tied to actual revenue/leads) are sometimes possible for larger engagements.
How fast can I get a quote? +
A 15-minute WhatsApp conversation is usually enough to scope an engagement. For more complex situations (large ecommerce sites, international SEO, post-penalty recovery), a 30-minute discovery call followed by a written scope document delivered within 2–3 days is standard. Either way, no long sales cycles.
